We offer free shipping within the United States. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Some remote areas may not be eligible for delivery. If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact support@rayzana.com.

Returns & Refunds +

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Please contact support@rayzana.com before sending anything back. Our customer service team will provide return instructions and arrange the return shipment.

If you change your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. For confirmed product quality issues, Rayzana will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after review.

Returned products must be in suitable condition for inspection. If approved, refunds are generally processed within 3–7 business days after the return is reviewed.

If a product arrives damaged or has an apparent issue, please contact us within 24 hours and provide your order number, photos, or video.

After a refund is completed, a new order may be placed separately. Returns and refunds are currently available for orders shipped within the United States.
